Biskys products are warrantied against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear is not covered. Please keep your receipt or record of purchase for our reference. Warranty issues or claims cannot
be processed without proof of purchase from Biskys .

Damaged or Defective Items

Biskys strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged,
we request that you contact the Biskys Customer Service Department immediately and within 30 days of receipt of product.
All defective or damaged product returns are subject to inspection. Please do not discard defective items until instructed to do so,
as it could be requested that you ship the defective item back to Biskys for review. All refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged
products are based off of our Customer Service Department’s discretion and must follow the procedures outlined above.
